Supervised AI capacity · Built by the Aurora team in Stuttgart

Aurora CapacityOS. Supervised AI capacity inside your clients' systems.

Agents do the operational work. The right human — you or your client — approves every step that matters. And a capacity ledger proves the hours and outcomes delivered. Nothing ships without a yes; every number carries its evidence.

The desks
Four

Campaign · Retention · Insurance · Financial — each one runs a slice of real operations.

Who it's for
Three trades

Marketing agencies, insurance brokers, financial services — and new trades stood up per pilot on the same engine.

The way in
One pilot

30 days · 3 real clients · 1 workflow — proof on a ledger before any retainer.

How it works · the operating pattern

Six steps. Every piece of work, every time.

No black box. The same supervised loop runs on every desk — and you can watch it run in the live demo before anything touches a real system.

Step 01
Work starts

A campaign review, a renewal, a certificate request, a new-client file — the work lands on a desk and a run begins.

Step 02
Agents act in the client's systems

Through access the client granted the standard way — manager links, partner access, user roles. Never a shared password.

Step 03
Evidence is collected

Every figure and finding is captured with its source attached, so the decision in front of a human is readable, not a vibe.

Step 04 · The human gate
The right human approves

The end-client or you — one click, the evidence in front of them, and an honest note on what happens if they say no.

Step 05
The action ships

Only after the yes. Budget moves, certificates go out, files complete — nothing irreversible fires on its own.

Step 06
The ledger records it

Hours and outcomes delivered, each number with the assumption behind it stated in plain sight. Proof, not promise.

One platform · four desks

Four desks. Each one runs a slice of your operations.

Every desk runs live in the demo today — on sample data, so you can watch the full pattern before connecting anything. In a pilot, your desk runs on your clients' real systems.

Desk 01 · Marketing

Campaign Desk

Paid campaigns reviewed, budget waste caught, client-ready monthly proof.

  • Reads the client's ad accounts and analytics through access the client granted — and shows where the money actually went.
  • Flags overspend and underperformers, then stages the budget change — the client approves it before a cent moves.
  • Writes the monthly report with every number sourced, ready to send under your name.

Desk 02 · Retainer businesses

Retention Desk

Revenue at risk spotted, save plays staged before the cancellation email.

  • Reads the signals a retainer actually drifts on — a client gone quiet, work slipping, reports left unopened.
  • Shows the risk reason with the math visible, then stages a save play from a named library — you approve the move.
  • Saved revenue only reaches the ledger when it is actually saved. No vibes numbers.

Desk 03 · Insurance brokers

Policy Desk

Certificates out the same day, renewals prepared — it never prices and never binds.

  • Certificate requests handled the day they arrive, the policy data checked and the evidence attached.
  • Renewal packs prepared ahead of the date — quotes compared side by side, gaps flagged.
  • Pricing and binding stay with the licensed broker. Always. The desk prepares; a person decides.

Desk 04 · Advisers & wealth firms

Advisory Desk

Client onboarding and identity checks (KYC) done in a day — every check held for the adviser.

  • New-client onboarding paperwork assembled and verified the day it lands, not three weeks later.
  • Identity and compliance checks prepared with the evidence attached — the adviser signs off on each one.
  • Advice, recommendations, and trades never leave the adviser's hands.

For marketing agencies

"Every client wants more proof. The team is already at capacity."

"Reporting eats the week" — and clients still ask what they got for the retainer.
"Ad budgets drift" — by the time someone looks, the money is already spent.
"The cancellation email is the first warning" — the account was drifting for weeks before it landed.

The hero workflow · paid campaign review & report

Aurora reads your client's ad accounts through manager access they granted, flags the waste, and stages the budget change. Your client gets a link on their phone — the evidence, the recommendation, one Approve button. Spend never moves until they tap it. At month-end the report is already written, every number sourced. You can watch this exact run, end to end, in the live demo.

For insurance brokers

"Certificates pile up, renewals sneak up — and producers do admin instead of selling."

"Certificate requests interrupt the whole office" — every single day, and each one is urgent.
"Renewals surface two weeks out" — too late to remarket the account properly.
"One wrong certificate is a liability problem" — so nothing can ship unchecked.
The desk that serves you Policy Desk
The hero workflow · same-day certificates & prepared renewals

A certificate request lands in the morning inbox. Aurora drafts it from the policy data, attaches the evidence it checked, and holds it for your one-click approval — out the same day. Renewals get the same treatment: the pack prepared ahead of the date, quotes compared side by side, gaps flagged. Pricing and binding never leave the licensed broker.

For financial-services firms

"Onboarding takes weeks, checks eat adviser time — and every step has to hold up in an audit."

"A new client signs, then waits" — weeks of paperwork before the relationship even starts.
"Advisers spend hours on checks" — work a system could prepare for their sign-off.
"The regulator reads everything" — every decision needs a defensible record.
The desk that serves you Advisory Desk
The hero workflow · onboarding & identity checks in a day

A new client lands. Aurora assembles the onboarding file, prepares the identity and compliance checks (KYC), and lines them up — each with its evidence attached — for the adviser to sign off, one by one. The file is done in a day, and every decision is on the record. Advice and trades stay with the adviser, always.

One engine · every service firm

Every service firm drowns the same way. The engine underneath is general-purpose.

Marketing, insurance, and finance are the three doors today — because we prove a desk on real clients before we put a name on it. Underneath them runs one general-purpose engine: supervised autonomous operational capacity inside your systems.

The pattern every service firm knows
"Too many emails, too many follow-ups" — open loops that slip quietly until they cost money.
"Too many meetings, too many platforms" — the work scattered across systems nobody fully tracks.
"Too many people and projects to hold" — everything routing through one overloaded head.
The same engine serves Law Real estate Manufacturing Wholesale & distribution Healthcare administration
Your industry · on the same engine

Law practices, real-estate firms, manufacturers, wholesale & distribution, healthcare administration — the kinds of AI-native service firms this engine serves. The loop never changes: agents act in your systems with the evidence attached, the right human approves every step that matters, and the ledger proves what was delivered. What changes per trade is the workflows. Your industry runs on the same engine — we stand up your vertical in a pilot: the same 30 days, three real clients, and one workflow, scoped to your firm's work on request.

Trust · how access works

Your clients grant access the standard way. No passwords. Ever.

Every connection belongs to a specific client, uses the access method the platform itself built for partners, and can be pulled at any time.

01

The platform's own front door.

Google Ads manager links, GA4 property roles, Search Console users, Meta partner access, user roles in the client's own tools — the same delegated access these platforms built for agencies and partners. Aurora never asks anyone for a password.

02

Revocable in one click.

Every grant shows who gave it, what it covers, and how to revoke it. The client can pull access at any time — and the desk stops working in that system the moment they do.

03

Evidenced and approved.

Every action taken through that access is recorded with its evidence and held for the right human's approval before it ships. What happened, why, and who said yes — always answerable.

The way in

The CapacityOS Pilot. Proof before any retainer.

Term 01
30 days

Long enough to prove it on real work, short enough to decide fast.

Term 02
3 real clients

Not a sandbox — three of your actual client accounts.

Term 03
1 workflow

One desk, one workflow, run properly — depth before breadth.

Term 04
Delegated client access

Your clients grant access the standard way. No passwords, revocable any time.

Term 05
Weekly review

Thirty minutes a week with the Aurora team — what ran, what was approved, what changes.

Term 06
A hard proof ledger

Work items completed, decisions captured, outcomes delivered — every number with its assumption stated.

Full autonomy isn't the promise — supervision is. A human approves every step that matters, by design.
After the pilot

A monthly capacity retainer — your pilot's ledger refines the number. Capacity pricing follows work delivered, not seats. The starting numbers are published in full just below.

Pricing, in plain terms

Priced from proven hours. Not from seats.

The unit you pay for is an active client served by a desk — it scales with the work, not with logins. How we set the number: a desk's workflows return measured hours per client (every figure with its stated assumption — that's the ledger), and we price at roughly a third of that proven value. Comparable human white-label services run $400–800 per client account per month; deployed AI workflow agents typically $300–1,500. We deliberately sit below both.

Step 1 · The pilot
€1,500 / $1,500 · one-time

30 days, 3 real clients, 1 workflow, weekly review, the proof ledger. Paid, because real work is delivered in it — no free trials. Fully credited against your first retainer month when you continue.

Step 2 · Desk capacity
€500/mo per desk

Includes your first 5 active clients, then €75 per active client per month. Example: 10 clients on the Campaign Desk = €875/month. Annual: two months free (€5,000 + €750/client per year). Same numbers in USD.

Step 3 · Growing capacity
Ledger-priced

Switching on additional workflows adds capacity — each priced from its own ledger-proven hours against doing it by hand, the same one-third rule. Outcome tiers are set together with you, from your own pilot's ledger.

Founding 10: the first 10 firms get 30% off their desk retainers for their first 12 months — code FOUNDING10. A pilot request reserves your slot; nothing is charged until your kickoff is agreed.
The consulting line · KI-Beratung (DE)

Consulting that ships deliverables — and sets the platform up for you.

Aurora's German consulting line sells fixed-price deliverables, not day rates: downloadable compliance packages from €490, strategy workshops, and implementation projects — including the EU AI Act transparency work German firms need for the August 2026 duty. It is also the implementation arm of CapacityOS: the same team that built the desks sets them up inside your firm.

Downloadable packages

Templates, checklists, and compliance packs from €490 — usable the evening you download them.

Workshops & projects

Strategy sessions and fixed-price implementation projects, EU AI Act documentation included.
